Who We Are

Built from Experience. Backed by Innovation.

Since 2011, FR Conversions has been a trusted leader in second-stage vehicle manufacturing, delivering dependable, cost-effective solutions across the medical, mobility, secure transport, and commercial segments.

Founded by EMT and entrepreneur Eli Rosenbloom, our company was born out of a simple idea: there’s a better way to serve those who rely on transportation for care, access, and safety. That mission still drives us today.

What We Do

We Engineer with Purpose — So You Can Drive with Confidence.

We specialize in high-performance vehicle conversions that meet and exceed industry standards. Every design choice reflects our commitment to:

  • Safety: Full five-side crash testing on a single vehicle, ADA compliance, and government certification.

  • Durability: Low-maintenance builds designed to reduce breakdowns and maximize uptime.

  • Accessibility: Largest ramp widths and payload capacities in class — no one gets left behind.

With a vertically integrated, 150,000 sq. ft. facility in Maryland, we prototype, engineer, build, and inspect every vehicle in-house. That means tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and more reliable results.

Why Choose FR Conversions?
