Founded by EMT and entrepreneur Eli Rosenbloom, our company was born out of a simple idea: there’s a better way to serve those who rely on transportation for care, access, and safety. That mission still drives us today.

FR ambulances are 40 cents less per mile to drive than any other Type II on the market — which adds up to big savings for operators when applied across a fleet. Our lightweight all-aluminum construction saves money on fuel, while our auto-shut-off oxygen system prevents costly O2 bleeds.

Pioneer Elite
Meet the most capable Type II on the market! Built on the ProMaster 3500 159î chassis with 9,350 lbs GVWR, the Elite offers a more spacious interior, and meets or exceeds KKK-A-1822F and CAAS.e.
Pioneer II XL
Pioneer II XL is an evolution of our feature-packed Type II ambulance, built on a durable ProMaster® 2500 159" chassis with 8,900 lbs GVWR. The Pioneer II XL expands into Bariatric care and meets or exceeds KKK-A-1822F requirements.
Intrepid
The most efficient Transit Type II on the market! FR’s Intrepid is built on a Ford 350 mid-roof chassis with 9,500 lbs GVWR and a 148” wheelbase, and meets or exceeds KKK-A-1822F and CAAS GVS requirements.
